Our initiatives include ZeeLit Zeeപദം (a curated reading and publishing platform) and ZeeLit Compete (a competition and event wing). These Terms & Conditions govern your engagement with all services and platforms under The Zee Brand umbrella.

By accessing thezeebrand.in, zeelit.in, or any associated pages/services, you agree to the following Terms. Please read carefully.

📘 1. Intellectual Property & Creative Works

• All original works published under The Zee Brand, including on ZeeLit platforms, are protected by copyright laws.

• Unless otherwise credited, all rights are owned by The Zee Brand (Afsal Aboobacker).

• Reproduction, republication, or commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited.

• Sharing for non-commercial, educational, or literary discussions is permitted with full attribution and source link.

• Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

🛠️ 2. Studio Services – ZeeEdit | ZeeDesign | ZeeBuild

✏️ ZeeEdit (Editorial Enhancement)

• You retain full copyright over all content submitted.

• We provide editorial polishing to improve clarity, tone, and structure.

• Final responsibility for correctness remains with the author.

📄 ZeeDesign (Book & Digital Design)

• We typeset, format, and design your manuscript for print/digital distribution.

• Covers are custom-designed based on genre and tone.

• Final approval is mandatory; no refunds post-approval.

• Post-delivery edits may be charged separately.

🌐 ZeeBuild (Publishing + Platform Guidance)

• We guide authors through publishing routes (KDP, NotionPress, D2C), including ISBNs, launch strategies, and listings.

• We do not guarantee sales performance or publisher interest.

📝 3. ZeeLit Zeeപദം (Digital Malayalam Literary Platform)

• This is a non-login-based platform where anyone can submit Malayalam write-ups (poems, short stories, series).

• Submissions are manually reviewed and published at the discretion of the editorial team.

• All accepted works are hosted with full author credit and a shareable link.

• Authors may request removal or edits at any time via verified communication.

• Images must follow the crop and upload rules. If absent, Zeeപദം will assign a fallback image.

• All submitted content must be original and free of AI generation unless explicitly disclosed.

• Admin reserves the right to modify titles, images, or formatting for better readability or compliance.

🏆 4. ZeeLit Compete (Competitions & Event Submissions)

• ZeeLit Compete hosts curated literary competitions, with time-bound writing windows and structured submission flows.

• Submissions must be original. AI-assisted entries must be declared; undisclosed AI use leads to disqualification.

• Competitions may include poetry challenges, short story contests, or anthology entries.

• Admins may edit, format, or polish entries before publication to align with event themes.

• Participation implies non-exclusive rights for The Zee Brand to publish and promote your work with attribution.

• Decisions by the editorial or judging panel are final.

• Some events may include badges, leaderboard placements, or anthology invitations.

📚 5. ZeeLit Anthology Publications

• Select write-ups and competition entries may be shortlisted for digital or print anthologies.

• Consent will be requested before final publication.

• Contributor bios may be included; anonymity is respected when requested.

• Inclusion may depend on event timelines, editorial suitability, or minimum participation thresholds.

• Promotional kits or discounted contributor copies may be made available.

💳 6. Payments, Revisions & Cancellations

• All services begin upon payment (full or installment-based as agreed).

• Each plan includes a specified number of revisions.

• Additional changes may be charged at standard rates.

• Services once delivered are non-refundable.

• All manuscripts, designs, and author data are treated with strict confidentiality.

🧾 7. Website Usage, User Flow & Cookies

• Use of thezeebrand.in implies consent to cookie use for basic analytics and personalization.

• Admin logins are protected and accessible via secure footer link (/admin).

• Contributor or user accounts (if applicable for competitions) are managed via /user.

• Submissions do not require login unless the event demands progress tracking or multi-part uploads.

• Third-party embeds (e.g., YouTube, Forms) may use cookies governed by their own policies.

🔗 8. Hyperlinking, Crediting & Third-Party Links

• External literary communities, education platforms, or nonprofits may link to our platforms with clear, non-deceptive attribution.

• False endorsements or spam linking is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to request removal of any backlinks or mentions that misrepresent our platform.

• The Zee Brand is not liable for loss of data, writing drafts, exposure delays, or publishing rejections.

• All recommendations (including publishing platforms or marketing ideas) are advisory.

• We make no guarantees regarding book sales, readership, or critical acclaim.
